Hastie Group (HST), a company that is involved in the business of providing commercial and industrial air conditioning, mechanical, hydraulics, electrical and refrigeration products and systems was the best performer of the 16th week in ASX200 with a gain of 11.7 percent closing the week at $1.73 (market capitalisation $413.5 million). The company traded its stocks for $1.55 last week.
Spark infrastructure Group (SKI), one of the leading infrastructure investment company with a market capitalisation of $1284.7 million was the worst performer in the ASX100 list for the 8th week. The company lost 12.3 percent or 18 cents to its stock price and was closed for the week at $1.25.
Macquarie Research Equities (MRE) have reiterated their Outperform recommendation for the Healthscope (HSP) stock with a 12 month share price target of $4.60. The broker notes that "Regardless of the perception of relatively small gains or losses for the pathology business, MRE expect the near-term performance of HSP to be determined by the 2nd half operating performance of the company’s existing business. MRE expects HSP to update the market on the 24th of August.".
Aspect Huntley have rated the Hastie Group (HST) stock as Accumulate below $1.90 commenting that the stock is cheap below that level accounting for almost 7 percent fully franked yield. The broker notes that "the joint venture opens a potentially lucrative market to the company but does distract focus from the domestic market where the growth options appear to have lower risk".
