Indopac Holdings has three segments: Events, which is engaged in the promotion and staging of events and seminars focusing on health, education and financial strategies; Financial services, which is engaged in developing and marketing financial products and services under the Superwoman logo, and Asset Finance, which is engaged in the provision of finance for capital acquisitions. In July 2009, Indopac acquired Superwoman Funds Management Limited. In May 2010, the Company disposed off Empowernet International Pty Limited. On September 29, 2010, IDP license agreement to use the trademark Superwoman ended. The Company had a license to use the trademark from the owner Superwoman Financial Solutions Pty Limited (SFSPL), a non-related company.
