Intelligent Solar (ISL) formally Cool or Cosy is engaged in the sale and installation of air-conditioning products to the residential, wholesale and construction markets, and manufacture and installation of environmentally friendly insulation products. The insulation and air-conditioning segment supplies cellulose fiber insulation and split and ducted air-conditioning solutions to the residential, commercial and wholesale markets.

Its air conditioning products include ducted air conditioning, split systems and window box units. Its insulation product includes Supa-Cel, which is a ceiling insulation made from recycled paper. Its split systems include Premium Eco and Invertor Series. Its window box units are used in portable building industry, transportable homes, temporary offices and rental properties. Cosy operates in Australia. Its ducted air conditioning involves FlexiTemp ducted series. Cosy's subsidiaries include Cool or Cosy (QLD) Pty Ltd, Cool or Cosy (WA) Pty Ltd and Morcanna Holdings Pty.
