Legend Corporation (LGD) is an electronics engineering and manufacturing company that designs, manufactures and distributes memory modules and memory-related components. LGD's memory module products are used in personal computers, notebook computers, servers, printers, photocopiers and other applications. It has operations in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Asia and Europe.

LGD was established in1989 and commenced manufacturing operations in 1993. It listed on the Australian stock exchange (ASX) on 16 March, 2004. The Company operates in two segments: memory modules and semiconductors, and electrical, data and communication products.

Legend works with leading companies such as Intel to ensure synergy in product development and timely release of complementary products to the market. LGD has manufactured the first Australian made Secure Digital flash media, which capitalises on the growing demand for digital cameras, MP3 players and digital storage.

Major customers include original equipment manufacturers (OEM), value added resellers and major retail outlets. Multinational computer manufacturers such as Acer, DELL, IBM, NEC and Hewlett Packard are amongst its clients. The company competes with manufacturers of memory-based products.
