Lochard Energy Group Plc (LHD, formerly Rheochem Plc) is engaged in oil and gas exploration, development and production, operating through its subsidiaries in the UK and the US.

Assets:

• Zeus Petroleum Limited is a 100% owned subsidiary of Lochard Energy UK Limited which is a 100% owned subsidiary of Lochard Energy Group PLC. Zeus was awarded a 90% interest in nine blocks (out of the 10 applied for) in the UK 26th round of offshore licensing in late 2010. To add to the Athena and Thunderball discoveries from previous licencing rounds, a number of appraisal projects and intriguing exploration blocks were added in the round, to make it 11 held UK blocks in total.
• Lochard Energy Group PLC through its 100% owned subsidiary Lochard Energy USA ( Lochard) has a 65 % working interest (48.75% revenue interest) in 22 wells on the Blackwell lease in Caldwell County Texas, USA. Lochard also has an 18.75% working interest in approximately 36,000 acres in the Schuster Flats leases in the Wyoming Bighorn Basin.
