Welcome Stranger Mining (WSE) is a gold mining company. WSE was listed on 19 February, 1987. The "Welcome Stranger" was the name given to the largest alluvial gold nugget found in the world, with a calculated refined weight of 2,283 oz 6dwts 9 gr. It measured 61 cm (24 inches) by 31 cm (12.2 inches), and was discovered by John Deason and Richard Oates, both Cornish, at Moliagul, Victoria, Australia on 5 February 1869 about 9 miles north-west of Dunolly. Xanadu Mines (XAM) is a Mongolian exploration company focused on the near term development of its two coal assets, Galshar and Khar Tarvaga and is progressing its highly prospective suite of licences for coal, copper and gold.
Radar Iron (RAD) is an iron ore company that listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in December 2010. Its key assets are iron ore rights to tenements in the highly prospective central Yilgarn region of Western Australia. Previous drilling has been undertaken and high potential exists for iron ore discovery as indicated by recent geophysical studies and field review. The new company plans to rapidly assess both the hematite and magnetite potential with initial magnetite drilling completed in late 2010 and drill testing of hematite mineralisation scheduled for February 2011.

The company is focusing principally on exploration for gold in West Africa with two additional projects for uranium and gold in Australia. The company has a distinctive technological capability, known as PredictoreTM, that sets it apart from its peers. It was listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) on 1 December, 2010.
Pmi Gold Corporation (PVM) is a junior gold exploration company trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PMV, the Australian Securities Exchange under the symbol PVM and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol PN3N.F. The company's focus is Ghana and they own four previously operating gold mines. The two main projects, Obotan and Kubi,have the potential for near term production.
Phoenix Gold (PXG) is a gold miner with projects based in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. The company has entered into agreements to acquire three prospective projects in the Kunanalling, Carbine-Zuleika and Grant's Patch regions, all of which are close to Kalgoorlie, the hub of the Eastern Goldfields with transport, communication, mining services and infrastructure within trucking distance of the projects. It was listed on the Australian Stock Market (ASX) on 22 December, 2010.
Paynes Find Gold (PNE) is a gold explorer based in Western Australia. PNE has entered into agreements to acquire a tenement package covering parts of the historic Paynes Find goldfield covering 588 hectares. The Company considers that the application of modern exploration technologies and exploration models, not available to previous explorers, provides a strong incentive to re-evaluate known areas of gold mineralisation. It was listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) on 2 December, 2010.
Orrex Resources (ORX) is an Australian resources company with two large gold exploration projects in Western Australia; the Golden Mile South Project and the Barlee Project. Orrex is focussed on projects with potential for discovery of high quality deposits and is continually reviewing opportunities for strategic acquisitions locally and internationally. ORX was listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) on 30 November, 2010.
Octagonal Resources (ORS) was incorporated in September 2010 to acquire the Victorian gold projects of Alliance Resources, Matrix Gold & Highlake Resources and an emerging Western Australian gold project generated by Newmont Asia Pacific to form a new company that has the drive and energy to successfully develop these assets. It was listed on the Australian Stock Market (ASX) on 5 January, 2011.
Oakland Resources (OKL) is an Australian based company whose primary objective is to establish itself as a premium gold company focused on the discovery of high quality gold assets. The Company has already assembled a portfolio of outstanding gold exploration projects in the emerging Silurian gold province of New South Wales. OKL was listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) on 14 December, 2010.
