Sunseeker Minerals Limited (SKM) is an Australian mineral exploration company. It owns 100% of the Lucky Downs Project 220 kilometres west of Townsville, Queensland. The target commodities are gold and other base metals over a total area of 203 square kilometres. The Company's aim is to identify and explore new mineral discoveries that will significantly upgrade the value of the Project, with the ultimate goal being the mining of identified resources.
Sylvania Platinum Limited (SLP) is a platinum group metals producer located in South Africa's Bushveld Igneous Complex with a medium-term focus on low-cost tailings retreatment operations that are already contributing revenues and, in the longer term, a focus on shallow mining exploration assets.

The management team recently operated the Beverley uranium mine for Healthgate Resources.

The Company was incorporated on 9 April 2010 as a public company for the purpose of acquiring a portfolio of highly prospective exploration Projects located in Western Australia. It was listed on the Australian Stockmarket (ASX) on 31 January, 2011.
