Management believes the mine operation, together with the Company’s prospective 1,488 km2 land package, provides the basis for growth in reserves, production, earnings and cash flow as new discoveries are made and processed through the Company’s existing mill.
Thomson Resources (TMZ) is an Australian-based exploration company focussed on the discovery and development of high quality mineral deposits within the Thomson Fold Belt of northern NSW. Thomson Resources was incorporated on 17 July 2009 with the initial shareholders being exploration companies Minotaur Exploration Ltd (ASX:MEP) and Platsearch NL (ASX:PTS).
Unity Mining Limited (UML) is an Australian gold producer which owns and operates two producing underground gold mines in Australia; the Kangaroo Flat Mine in Bendigo, Victoria and the Henty Gold Mine which is situated on the West Coast of Tasmania. On the 7th of May 2010, the Company acquired a 20% interest in West-African gold explorers GoldStone Resources, who have exploration assets in Ghana and Senegal.
