Ozgrowth (OZG) is an investment company with a focus investing in a range of securities, including unlisted and listed companies. It was listed on the Australian Stock Market (ASX) on 2 January, 2008.

For the past ten years Euroz Securities Limited ("Euroz") has had its back office operations contracted to Australian Clearing Services ("ACS"). However, the recent decision by ACS to close has prompted us to move our clearing and settlement facility to Penson Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd ("Penson").

Penson is a dedicated third party clearing operation that originated in the US and now has operations in the UK, Canada and Australia. Penson is a leading independent clearing, settlement and technology firm servicing the global financial services industry. Penson currently has over 1,100 employees throughout the world and #1 in Canada, #2 in USA and #3 in Europe for clearing services.

To carry out this move they will be sending all our account holders a pack via mail containing documents that they require their clients to read, sign and return to Euroz before 21 June 2010. The company expect the pack to be delivered to account holders by 17 May 2010.
