Panorama Synergy (PSY) develops knowledge and information management software solutions. The Company is involved in the development and marketing of its knowledge management software, ST Synergy. The primary purpose of the ST Synergy software is to improve the profitability, competitiveness and management effectiveness of business relationships in the up-and-coming e-commerce enabled environment. Panorama Synergy listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 11th May, 2001. The Company’s principal activity during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2008, (fiscal 2008), was the development of micro-photonic technology acquired from Panorama Labs Pty Ltd on November 2, 2007. The ST Synergy product offers an integrated enterprise knowledge and information management tool. The product was designed with a focus on delivering enterprise information portal by integrating and allowing access to the elements of an organisation’s activities, which include client customer management, marketing, electronic documents management, workflow, contacts management, relationships, e-mail, loyalty programs, reporting and Intranet Web publishing. The Company is now deploying versions of the ST Synergy product nationwide at a number of sites and in diverse market segments. The application of the ST Synergy product at each of these sites has allowed the Company to improve and develop the product as to suit the needs of customers, with some of these improvements incorporated into later versions of the product.

Panorama Synergy History

The Company started the development of ST Synergy software package in January 1995, which has continued to evolve since then. The Company is now deploying versions of the ST Synergy product throughout Australia at a number of sites and in a range of market segments. In early 2001, Paladin Resources Ltd completed the acquisition of a 30% interest in ST Synergy Limited. The company floated on the ASX in May 2001. The Company changed its name from ST Synergy Limited (SYN) to Panorama Synergy Ltd (PSY) on 19 December 2008.
