Australand Property Group (ALZ) is a leading diversified property group in Australia. ALZ's business operations are spread across Sydney, Melbourne, south east Queensland and Perth over a number of different sectors. The Company has a staff of over 700 people. It has a sales office in Hong Kong that provides services to the Asian market.
Ariadne Australia (ARA) is engaged in the provision of property development, car parking, investment and financial services. The company operates in Australia and New Zealand. Ariadne listed on the ASX on 12th of October, 1982. The Company is also listed on the New Zealand stock Exchange. Its head office is based in Brisbane. The Company amalgamated its car parking business with Auspak Holdings Pty Ltd on 1st November. Ariadne is organised into three business divisions. Its property division deals with the commercial, residential and industrial property development.
Aspen Group (APZ) is an investment group. It invests in a diversified portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail properties. The group also carries out funds management operations in the property sector. Aspen invests in properties that fall in a price range of $5 million to $30 million. Aspen Group listed on the ASX on 11 April, 1991. APZ's conducts its activities through two business segments: property investment and property funds management. The property investment division manages rental income from all properties contained in the portfolio of the Company from all over the Australia.
ASF Group (ASF) is engaged in the provision of property services and development. The Company is principally focused on the property project marketing of developments across Australia and China. AFA form alliances and assists projects in industries such as resource, mining and related technology, travel services and educational services. It is researching and developing an internal combustion engine using the Scotch Yoke Technology. AFA is also focused on the promotion of its Scotch Yoke technology.
