Australand Assets Trust (AAZ) is a leading diversified property group focused on the development of residential land, housing and apartments; development of commercial and industrial properties; investing in income producing commercial and industrial properties; and property management. Australand listed on the ASX on 19th September, 2005. It listed on the Singapore Securities Exchange in June 1997. Australand has a workforce of about 590 people and it operates in Sydney, Melbourne, South East Queensland and Perth as well as in Asia via its Hong Kong sales office.
Trinity Group (TCQ) is a property group with diverse operating capability in the core functional business areas of funds management, investment and property development in the real estate sector. Trinity Group includes Trinity Stapled Trust (TST), Trinity Funds Management Limited (TFM) and Consolidated Properties Group (CP). TCQ listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on December 14, 2004.
Trafalgar Corporate Group (TGP) is a property developer, property investor and fund manager. The Group listed on the ASX (Australian Stock Exchange) on July 26, 2005. TGP invests in a range of income producing commercial and industrial properties with a primary focus on “A grade” commercial properties. TGP leases majority of its investment portfolio to either investment grade (S&P rated) companies or Commonwealth government agencies over the long term.
Payce Consolidated (PAY) is a property investor and property developer operating in Australia. PAY listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 19th of July, 1979. The Company focuses its development activities through two divisions namely rental properties and development properties. Its rental properties division includes the sourcing of rental income from the ownership of industrial and retail properties. Its development properties segment includes the building of residential apartments on the Company owned land for sale purpose.
PPK Group (PPK) is a consolidated group of companies principally focused on investments, property acquisition and management; and manufacturing. PPK Group listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on December 21, 1994.
Port Bouvard (PBD) develops and sells residential land. Its key projects included Port Bouvard Residential Resort estate near Mandurah, with 100% interest and a joint venture at Princeton Private estate in stirling, located 10 kilometers north of the Perth cBD, with 50% interest. The Company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 11 December, 1985.
Peet (PPC) is a property group specialising in residential property development. Its core business activities include property development, funds management and land syndication, with operations across Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. Peet was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 5th August, 2004.
Servcorp (SRV) is a provider of executive serviced and virtual office space, with operations across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South-East Asia, Greater China, France, United Arab Emirates, Belgium, Bahrain and Qatar. The Company also delivers information technology, communications and secretarial services. Servcorp listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 6th December, 1999.
Becton Property Group (BEC) also known as “Becton” is a diversified property group engaged in property development, property construction, property funds management and acquisition and operation of retirement village. Becton listed on the ASX on July 8, 2005. Becton entered into the property funds management and retirement village ownership and management business, in the late 1990’s.
Rubicon Europe Trust Group (REU) is a listed property trust. The Trust is a stapled security and it invests in a portfolio of European commercial real estate and commercial real estate loans. The Trust comprises one entity in Rubicon Europe Trust I (RET I) and one entity in Rubicon Europe Trust II. Rubicon Asset Management Limited, a 100% owned subsidiary of Rubicon Holdings (Aust) Limited is the responsible entity for managing REU. REU listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on December 9, 2005.
