Deutsche Diversified Trust (DDF) Formerly known as AXA Australia Diversified Property Trust. It was listed on the Australian Stock Market (ASX) on 25 October, 1984. The Company's principal activity is the investments in retail, office, industrial and car park properties. Retail engages in the investment in the retail property sector. Commercial invests in the commercial property sector.
Compass Hotel Group (CXH) is one of the largest freehold-owned and operated hotel and tavern portfolios in Western Australia, combining positive growth from the State's vibrant economy with strong management. CXH was listed on the Australian stock market in 3 January, 2008. Investors can trade shares on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
In late 2007, CXH launched with a successful Initial Public Offering of Stapled Securities and Ordinary Shares to retail and institutional investors for the acquisition of 14 properties including 13 hotel and tavern sites across Western Australia.
Armstrong Jones Office Fund (AJO) is an investment company which was listed on Australian Stock Market (ASX) on 2 April, 1992. The company's operations span both Australian and global real estate markets in a range of property sectors including office, industrial, seniors housing, entertainment and healthcare.

Astro Japan Property Group (AJA) is a listed property trust that invests into the real estate market of Japan. It currently holds interests in a portfolio of over 40 office, retail and residential properties. The total book value of the Trust's portfolio is around ¥160B. The Responsible Entity is Babcock & Brown Japan Property Management Limited. Asset management services in Japan are undertaken by Spring Investment Co. Ltd, of which AJA has a 25%-30% economic stake following the internalisation of management rights.
EDT Retail Trust (EDT) is a retail property trust, giving investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of Community shopping centres. Income distributions are sourced from the Trust's interests in Community shopping centres and the portfolio of Mervyn stores located in North America. By definition, Community Centres are designed for convenience with good accessibility and are typically anchored by supermarkets, discount department stores or super chemists. Investors can trade EDT Retail Trust shares on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
CL Asset Holdings (CLS), earlier known as Community Life (CFL), is a publicly listed Australian company that has evolved into an investment company. The company operates and manages a loan mortgage book and also has a 43% interest in RewardsCorp Limited. The company was listed on the Australian stock market in November 2004. Its head office is situated in Crows Nest, North Sydney. The company changed its name from Community Life to CL Asset Holdings in May 2009. Investors can trade CL Asset Holdings shares on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
Teys (TYS) provides online gaming services through two online casinos, Music Hall Casino (MHC) and The UK Casino Club (TUCC), and an online poker room (Beach Club Poker). TYS commenced operations in 2003 and has expanded its services via the acquisition of TUCC and the rollout of an online poker room service. TYS has around 43,000 registered users and is operating at breakeven levels. TYS outsources all necessary operational services to a proven internet gaming manager, called NewEcon Limited. Real Estate Capital Partners Usa Property Trust (RCU), formerly The Mariner American Property Income Trust invests in US property markets, focusing primarily on retail, office and industrial properties with quality tenants that are expected to provide stable income. The Mariner American Property Income Trust was listed on the Australian stock market on 23 September 2005. The trust initially held two properties, an office and a community shopping centre. The trust further acquired two industrial-type properties in October 2005.
