Landmark White (LMW) is one of the largest independent valuation and property consultancy organisations in Australia. The company provides a range of independent, client-focused valuation, property advice and research.
LMW was listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) on 5 December 2003. It has expanded to having offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
Landmark White is an independent property valuation service provider. This means it does not engage in buying or selling real estate, hence reducing a possible conflict of interest.
International Equities Corporation (IEQ) is a leading property investment, development and management company. In 1997, the company purchased the Sebel of Perth hotel in Western Australia and has since acquired and developed a portfolio of selected blue-chip properties all of which have since met or exceeded expectations for quality and investment returns.
ING Real Estate Healthcare Fund (IHF) is a property trust that invests in properties used to provide healthcare of associated services. The initial portfolio includes the freehold interest in Epworth Freemasons Private Hospital in Clarendon Street, East Melbourne and a leasehold interest in the Epworth Freemasons Private Hospital and Medical Centre in Victoria Parade, East Melbourne. It was listed on ASX on 15 May, 2006.

ING Real Estate Entertainment Fund (IEF) invests in freehold value of entertainment venues, hotels and bars throughout Australia and receives rental income from long-term leases to experienced hotel operators. Currently, IEF has more than 50 assets across Australia and New Zealand. The Fund has been in operation since 8 July 2004.
Hudson Investment Group (HGL) has holdings in various retail and investment ventures that operate under the 'Hudson' banner. These operations include the retail and distribution of timber, hardware and building materials, investment in commercial property and the resources and mining industries, as well as listed and unlisted shares. HGL listed on the ASX on 9 June 1994, as Hudson Timber and Hardware Limited (HTH). In April 1998, it changed its name to Hudson Investment Group Limited (HGL).

United Overseas Australia (UOS) conducts property development and management, civil contractor and investment holdings. The majority of its properties being managed and developed are located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Projects under development include Mount Kiara, Segambut Development and Setapak Commercial & Residential Development.
During 2008, the Company’s completed projects include Plaza Menjalara and PrimaSetapak Phase 5. As of December 31, 2008, United Overseas Australia Limited had a equity holding of 45% in UOA real estate investment trust (REIT).
Global Properties (GPB) engages in property investments. The company aims to purchase the Crows Nest Property situated in NSW and then purchase more commercial and industrial properties in Australia. The company will also invest its surplus cash in other investments, including money market, shares, options and property trusts, to maximise value for all shareholders.
Forest Place Group (FPG) develops and operates retirement villages in the South-East Queensland region. Part of FKP Ltd, Forest Place Group with FKP Retirement Homes, also invest into communal facilities and infrastructure. Together they provide development, marketing, management and administration services to syndicated villages.
Folkestone (FLK) is involved in property development, property investment and project management. It focuses on the industrial, commercial and residential property segments of the Australian market. FLK is focused on growing its property portfolio to increase its business, which it hopes will make the company large enough for inclusion in the ASX 500.
Finbar Group (FRI) is a property development company headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. Core business activities lie in land acquisition, design, construction and sales of medium- to high-density residential apartments in the Perth Metropolitan area. Current projects include Soho Lifestyle Apartments, Altair Apartments and One28. It holds rental property, through the Finbar Property Trust, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
