Desane Group Holdings (DGH) is involved in building, contracting as well as property investment, project management and resale activities. DGH was listed on the ASX on 4 September, 1987. It focuses on the industrial market segment. The company owns and manages more than $70M of industrial and commercial properties in and around Sydney. The company was incorporated in NSW in 1986 under the name Lymate Pty Ltd. It adopted its present name in 1987.
CVC Trinity Property Fund (CJT), formerly Taragon Property Fund is managed by Verus Capital Limited, and is predominantly involved in the ownership, development and re-sale of land in Perth. The Taragon Asia Pacific Umbrella has evolved into a fully integrated property investment, management, development and construction business. CVC was listed on the ASX in February 1986. Its head office is situated in North Sydney, NSW. The company was renamed to its current name in January 2007.
Cromwell Group (CMW) is a property investment company involved in property syndication, property development and management. CMW is also engaged in the promotion and management of property- and mortgage-related managed-investment schemes. The group holds a financial services licence and real estate licences for fund and property management, respectively. CMW's main investment vehicle is the Cromwell Diversified Property Trust (CDPT). CMW was first listed back in 1973. The company adopted its present name in December 1998 (changing from Westholme Ltd).
CP1 limited (CPK) is a investor in property development, financial services and commercial land management. Its key asset is the Martha Cove development, which is complete. CPK is one of the largest non-bank loan provider. It generates over $3B annually in loans for investment purposes such as property development and business finance. CP1 Limited was incorporated in March 2002 and listed on the ASX in January 2003. The company's core activities revolve around property development and financial services.
Coonawarra Australia Property Trust (CNR) is a specialist wine industry trust that invests in premium vineyards and other wine infrastructure investments. The trust has been listed on the ASX since 9 May 2003. CNR was established on 9 May 2003 by Coonawarra Premium Vineyards Limited. CPVL is licensed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and each investment it makes is regulated in accordance with the Managed Investments Act (1998)
Cheviot Kirribilly Vineyard Property Group (CKP) is the only listed own and operate vineyard property trust in Australia and is structured to as a stapled security to enable tax effective distributions to be made to investors.
Cic Australia (CNB) deals with the acquisition, subdivision, development and sale of real estate property. CNB is based in the ACT, but the company has recently undertaken some diversification and geographic redirection of activities. It has now acquired interests in a variety of other projects, both locally and interstate. The company was established in the early 1990s and has grown into one of the ACT region's most successful and progressive development companies. CIC has dealt with several of ACT's most prestigious housing estates.
Canada Land's (CDL) principal activities include the development and management of residential and commercial property in the transportation hub of Guangzhou in the People's Republic of China (PRC). Recently, it developed the area around Guangzhou to attract tourists, and following its success, CDL has become one of the largest real estate developers in that region.
Austcorp Towers Trust (AUU) is in the business of issuing redeemable trust. It was listed on 30 December 2005 in the asx with the ticker symbol of AUU. It is located in 207 Pacific Highway, Level 10, Building B, ST LEONARDS NSW. The company is acting as an issuer of Trust-issued Optionally-redeemable With Exchange Rights Securities ("TOWERS"). The net proceeds from the issue of Austcorp TOWERS will be used to invest in Austcorp TOWERS Investment Trust which will lend the proceeds to the Austcorp Property Group.
Raptis Group (RPG) is an integrated residential, commercial, resort and retail property development and investment group. RPG’s portfolio of developments includes a number of innovative and quality projects like Platinum on the river Brisbane, Southport Central Tower 1 Southport Gold Coast and Southport Central Tower 2 Southport Gold Coast. Raptis Group listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on July 17, 1986.
