The company has developments in Alexandria, Neutral Bay, Gladesville and Erskineville. Current projects include Greenway Supacenta in Wetherill Park where phase 1 completion is expected in early 2007. MTD was listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) on 5 December, 1985.

The focus of the company is on capitalising on growing demand from baby boomers and retirees for affordable lifesyle housing. Previously, Namberry (NMB) (previously Pracom) provided a range of management outsourcing and specialist software services to the telecommunications industry in Australia, NZ and Asia.
