CTY is engaged in the sale of exclusive Country Road branded products in Australia and abroad and it is operating in excess of 60 retail outlets, and 80 concession outlets across Australia and New Zealand. The Company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 2 July, 1987 and it is headquartered in Victoria, Australia. The Company employs more than 2000 personnel across Australia and New Zealand.
Automotive Holdings Group (AHE) is in the business of automotive retailing and logistics in Australia and New Zealand, operating more than 100 dealership franchise sites. AHE is the largest automotive retailer in Australia with strong presence in Western Australia, New South Wales and Queensland. It listed on the ASX on 3 November, 2005 and to date it employs more than 3,500 staff across Australia and New Zealand. AHG comprises two divisions: Automotive Retail and Logistics. Automotive Retail operates from 106 franchise sites which represent 27 manufacturers.
Super Cheap Auto Group (SUL) is in the business of retailing automotive parts and accessories, boating, camping and fishing products. SUL operates in Australia and New Zealand. It listed on the ASX on July 6, 2004 and employs over 4,000 people across Australia and New Zealand. The Company operates through Supercheap Auto; BCF Boating, Camping and Fishing; and Goldcross segments. Its Supercheap Auto segment retails and distributes motor vehicle spare parts and accessories, tools and equipment.
Specialty Fashion Group (SFH) is a retailer of women's clothing, with operations in Australia and New Zealand. The company sells fashion and affordable women's workwear, casual and leisurewear. SFH sells apparel via its retail outlets. The brands operated by SFH include Miller's Fashion Club, Autograph, Crossroads, Katies and City Chic. Specialty Fashion Group listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 28 May 1998. Millers offers everyday fashion essentials for the value conscious women over 50s.
The Reject Shop (TRS) is a discount variety retailer operating in Australia. The Company is principally focused on the retailing of discount variety merchandise. The Company offers an extensive range of products that are used in daily life like household cleaning products, cosmetics, basic furniture and kitchenware. TRS listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 1st June, 2004. The Company employs over 2,500 staff. TRS is the operator of 156 stores, located in shopping centres, standalone locations, key regional centres and small country towns in Australia.
Housewares International (HWI) is one of the major suppliers of electrical consumer products, with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Canada and USA. Its principal activities and operations include the innovation, manufacturing, marketing and wholesale of small electrical appliances, home wares and cleaning products, with a focus on consumer products market. Houswares International listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 25th May, 1999. The Company is headquartered in Sydney, Australia. The consumer electrical brands of the Company are Breville, Kambrook, Ronson and Goldair.
JB Hi-Fi (JBH) is a leading retailer of diversified home consumer products. The products JB Hi-Fi retails include consumer electronics, such as televisions, home theatres, digital still, video cameras, mobile phones and accessories; electrical goods, such as whitegoods, computing equipment, kitchen equipment, air conditioners and small electrical appliances; car sound systems, including audio and visual, and music, games and movies. JB Hi-Fi listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on October 23, 2003.
David Jones (DJS) is operating department stores in Australia, which provide a diversified range of international and local brands. DJS listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on November 27, 1995. The Company is primarily focused in retailing through department stores. It provides customers credit through the David Jones store card. The Company has its department stores operating in six Australian States, situated in New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
ARB Corporation (ARP) designs, manufactures, supply and markets motor vehicle accessories and light metal engineering works such as 4WD accessories, bull bars, differentials, shock absorbers and air compressors. The company owns a distribution network of more than 200 outlets, engaged in the provision of distribution and installation services for a wide range of additional products, encompassing winches, canopies, suspension, seats and tow bars. ARP floated on 26th of June, 1987 on the Australian Stock Exchange.
A.P. Eagers (APE) is a holding company principally involved in the sale of new and used motor vehicles, the distribution of parts and accessories, and the provision of service, finance, leasing and extended warranty for motor vehicles. APE listed on the Australian stock Exchange on 25 May, 1972. Its key operations are located in the Brisbane metropolitan area of Queensland, Darwin in the Northern Territory and the Newcastle/ Hunter Valley region of New South Wales. The Group employed 2,000 staff, had 2,570 shareholders and sales revenue running at $1.5billion per annum as of March 1st, 2007.
