Royal Wolf Holdings (Royal Wolf) is a provider of portable container solutions to the resources, construction, logistics, retail and manufacturing industries in Australia and New Zealand. RWH specialise in the hire, sale & modification of new & refurbished shipping containers with 26 facilities and 16 years of experience. Royal Wolf sells and leases its portable storage product line, which includes general purpose containers, refrigerated containers (both 3-phase and modified single phase), and specialty storage containers (such as mini containers, liquid storage containers, bulk containers and open-top containers) for onsite storage by customers. Royal Wolf’s portable buildings product segment offers containerized portable buildings to customers in Australia and New Zealand. Its freight products include pallet wide, high cube, pallet wide refrigerated containers and curtain side container. As of December 31, 2010, General Finance Corporation (GFN) indirectly owns 86.2% of Royal Wolf.

Royal Wolf Holdings Company History

Royal Wolf was established in 1995 to re-market retired marine service shipping containers as an Australian subsidiary of Triton Holdings (then one of the world's largest lessors of marine cargo containers). GFN acquired Royal Wolf in 2007, and Royal Wolf has since grown organically and through acquisitions, enhancing its position in the Australian and New Zealand portable container solutions market.
