Saint Istvan Gold (SVG), formerly known as Optima ICM (OPI), is a manufacturer and supplier of personal computers, notebooks and servers to retail, education and government markets throughout Australia. SVG also offers hardware and system support. Its core business areas are managed services, consulting services, desktop and network support, deployment and manufacturing value-added services. Investors can trade Saint Istvan Gold shares on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

The foundations of Optima ICM Limited were built in 1989 when Optima Computer Technology Pty Ltd first commenced trading in the assembly and distribution of desktop and notebook computers and file servers. The company was listed on Australian stock market on 14 December, 1999. The company changed its name in March 2002 from Iocom Limited (ICM) to Optima ICM Limited (OPI) and to Saint Istvan Gold (SVG) in October 2009.
