Sino-Excel Energy Limited (SLE, formerly Norwood Abbey Limited) specialises in developing and commercialising innovative projects and technologies that address significant unmet needs in the medical industry. Sinox started off by providing marketing services to small coal-mines in China to enable the sale of their products to customers like power stations, heavy industrial users and big trading houses. In 2011, Sinox expects to facilitate the sale of more than 4 million tonnes of coal for our clients.
The company noticed management gaps in the optimization of productivity and profitability of our clients’ mines. Hence they enlisted experienced expertise to provide value-added services to the mine owners to improve their overall return on their investments.
Sinox is also actively seeking strategic acquisition of mining assets that will enhance its value-added service and solidify our position in the mining asset management services landscape. Sino-Excel Energy Limited is listed in Australia Stock Exchange with operations in China (ASX code: "SLE"). Sino-Excel Energy Pte. Ltd., an investment holding company incorporated in Singapore, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sino-Excel Energy Limited. SINOX Energy Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, is a 100% owned subsidiary of Sino-Excel Energy Pte. Ltd.
The company assists mine owners to minimise waste, improve output, sell at a better yield and enhance the cash flow of the mines to increase returns on their assets. The company also provide financial advisory services, including the sourcing of funds and resources to increase the mines' production capacity and profitability.
