Its principal operations and activities include the provision of IT consulting and security services, in the areas of e-commerce, and enterprise and data management; and investment in emerging technologies. Senetas listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on June 21, 1984. The Company is headquartered in Melbourne with offices in Sydney and it has over 70 people employed.
UXC (UXC) is a provider of information technology and utility asset and data management services. It made its debut on the Australian Stock Exchange on 30th of January, 1997. The Company is a part of ASX 300 index, with a market capitalisation of more than $70 million. To date the Company employs circa 3,000 people providing services in IT&C and Utilities sectors. UXC operates through three business segments: the Business Solutions Group, the Field Solutions Group and the Intellectual Property (IP) Ventures Group.
Redflex Holdings (RDF) is leading provider of traffic management, road safety, defense, transport, security and communication products. It listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 20 January, 1997. The Company operates in Australia and US. RDF manages its systems engineering operations, system integration technologies and its Innovation Centre for research and development through its head office based in South Melbourne, Victoria. RDF is comprised of two distinct companies: Redflex Communications Systems and Redflex Traffic Systems.
Bravura Solutions (BVA) extends services in the areas of superannuation, pension, life insurance and investment. The Company also caters professional consulting services along with specialising in the development and maintenance of specialised administration and management software for use in the financial services business. Bravura Solutions made its debut on the Australian Stock Exchange on June 28, 2006. The Company’s operations are spread across four geographical regions comprising Australia, Europe/Africa, New Zealand and Asia.
MYOB (MYO) caters software development and publishing solutions to small and medium enterprises worldwide. Its business operations are mainly held in Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand. It listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 9th of July, 1999. Its business division focuses on the provision of business management software and services to small and medium enterprises. The Company’s accountants segment caters business software and services to accounting firms.
ASG Group (ASV) was incorporated in 1996 in Perth. The Company is principally engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) business solutions across Australia. ASG uses a flexible client oriented approach to provide leading edge solutions to its clientele requirements. Its principal business operations incorporate infrastructure and applications management outsourcing, Oracle eBusiness Suite implementation and support, applications development, business intelligence solutions, systems integration, IT service management and specialist technical services.
Asian Pacific (AAS) is a holding Company that offers financial services. Its principal activities incorporate the development, research and promotion of stock market analysis and portfolio management software applications. AAS listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on January 10, 2001. Star Trader / Go Gecko is the Company’s software product that is basically a share price charting and technical analysis application containing a range of technical analysis variables.
APA Financial Services (APP) provides asset and investment portfolio administration services. The Company focuses on providing advanced technology and support facilities to financial planners, advisers and institutions. APP listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 30th June 2006. APP’s SMART Portfolio Solutions developed by professionals within the financial sector, provide a distinctive and sophisticated platform for use in the administration, management and reporting of any type of investment portfolio.
Ansearch (ANH) is a holding company engaged in several online media activities. Its principal activities incorporate online display advertising sales and publisher representation; syndication of paid and organic contextual search; online marketing and consultancy, and search engine marketing and optimisation. ANH listed on ASX on 17 December, 1987. Ansearch offers a complete solution set to companies, which enable them to better perform business online.
