The Company engages in the development and implementation of convergent charging and rating, mobile payment, network services and messaging products for in excess of 80 operators in mobile, fixed and IMS network environments. It listed on the Australian Stock on 8 September, 2000. The Company is also listed on the London Stock Exchange with ticker ESG. Its headquarters is located in Sydney.
Reckon (RKN) delivers financial software and on-line financial services to individuals and small to medium sized organisations. It also engages in the development of advanced professional software solutions for professional accounting firms in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The Company operates through its Quicken Australia, APS, Reckon Elite, Reckon Shelco and Reckon Espreon businesses. RKN listed on the ASX on 19 July, 1999.

The products and services offered by Talent2 International include outsourcing solutions, executive search and recruitment services, development and sale of Human Resources Information System as well as payroll, training administration, consulting and learning. Talent2 International listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 7th of May, 1970.

TNE’s operations involve the development, marketing, vending, implementation and support of fully integrated enterprise business software solutions with a focus on HR and payroll, financials, supply chain, business intelligence, budgeting, performance management, property management, student management, work and assets. Technology One listed on the ASX on 8th December, 1999. Its head office is located in Brisbane, Australia.
Entellect Solutions (ESN) specialises in the development and marketing of web-based educational software for the global education market. The Company through its flagship product eMinerva Student management System software is providing a range of flexible, affordable and functional student management solutions including student registration and billing, course information management, marketing and ancillary services. Entellect Solutions listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on June 24, 1987. The Company is headquartered in Sydney.
Panorama Synergy (PSY) develops knowledge and information management software solutions. The Company is involved in the development and marketing of its knowledge management software, ST Synergy. The primary purpose of the ST Synergy software is to improve the profitability, competitiveness and management effectiveness of business relationships in the up-and-coming e-commerce enabled environment. Panorama Synergy listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 11th May, 2001.
Objective Corporation (OCL) is a provider of information technology software and services, specialising in the provision of information management solutions based on Electronic Document and Records Management (EDRM) technologies. The Company develops applications that focus on document management, record keeping, workflow and web content management. Objective Corporation listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on August 17, 2000. Its head office is located in North Sydney.
