Iatia (IAT) is the world's leading developer of digital phase imaging solutions. IAT's Quantitative Phase Imaging (QPI) is a software application, which allows phase information (shape and depth) to be extracted from conventional images without special optical components. The technology has applications in Life Sciences – for cell imaging; Nanotechnology – electron imaging at atomic level; Ophthalmology – wavefront sensing for vision quality and eye health; and Defence and Security – contract with ADF.

HLI is currently voluntarily suspended from trading on the ASX, it was listed on 17 August, 1994. As detailed in the 2004 annual report, the company has provided against the investment in Chongqing Hailian University (CQHL) in the company accounts. HLI is exploring for alternative investment opportunities before applying for resumption in trading in the company’s securities. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009, the Company remained dormant and was considering new opportunities. Ezesofwrite Pty Ltd is its controlled entity.

Carsales.com.au enables customers to buy new and used cars, sell cars, value cars, research cars, and obtain news and reviews. Carsales also operates carpoint.com.au. It was listed on asx on 10 September, 2009.

GoConnect (GCN) is a global media communications company based in Melbourne. GCN’s proprietary technology enables users to receive high-quality audio and video entertainment over the internet regardless of connection type. Internet TV and web-based phone directory services can also be accessed on GPRS or Windows-enabled mobile phones and hand-held devices. GCN also provides retail internet access services.

The Company’s subsidiaries include GoConnect Australia Pty Ltd, GoTrek Pty Ltd, GoConnect Investments Pty Ltd, The Best Mix Entertainment Group Pty Ltd and TBM Music Pty Ltd.

GBST Holdings (GBT) provides specialist market access and transaction processing technology solutions for the global financial services industry. GBT processes around $40B of ASX trades per month, and processes and settles the daily trading volumes for more than 50% of Australian stockbrokers and investment banks. GBT has offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Hong Kong.

Ezenet (EZE) provides a digital in-house movie service for hotels and motels in Australia and New Zealand. EZE has digital movie licenses with Hollywood studios to enable it to provide an on-going supply of new release films. Ezenet was listed on the ASX in 1999, and its head office is based in Nedlands, Australia.
