Aurora Infrastructure Buy-Write Income Trust (AIB) is a fund that invests in the portfolio of infrastructure securities listed on the global stock exchanges. The Fund leases the purchased property to managed investment scheme company, Rewards Group Limited in return for a reasonable market cash payment. Rewards Group Limited has a strategic alliance with ARJ. The Company holds a portfolio of 14 key property assets. The responsible entity for ARK is ARL Capital Pty Ltd.
Aurora Property Buy-Write Income Trust (AUP) is an investment fund. The fund buys Australia's leading ASX listed property securities and then sells call options over these securities in order to provide investors with additional income over the medium term. The trust listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 26th of July, 2007. At any one time the trust's portfolio will contain10 securities, which will be evenly weighted and rebalanced every three months. These securities will be selected through extensive risk modelling evaluation.

The trust mainly focuses on the acquirement and development of quality shopping centres across Australia. Its property portfolio had 24 retail assets by June 30, 2007. CFS Retail Property Trust is managed by Colonial First State Property Retail Pty Ltd. CFX listed on Australian Stock Exchange on 7th of April, 1994 under the name Gandel Retail Trust.

MGR was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on the 16th of June 1999. Its average annual revenue reaches approximately $2 billion out of its issued capital of approximately $1.8 billion. Its headquarters is located in North Sydney, Australia and to date; around 5,500 people are employed in the company. The Company’s principal activities incorporate contract residential and commercial building, property development for long-term asset portfolio creation and subdivision of land for residential and industrial development. GPT was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on the 1st of April 1971. Its average annual revenue reaches approximately AUD$836 million. Its headquarters is located New South Wales, Australia. GPT Group operates mainly in seven business segments: Office, Retail, Hotel & Tourism, Industrial, Funds Management, Seniors Housing, Corporate and Venture.
FKP Property Group (FKP) is engaged in investment activities and property development. Its activities include construction and investment, associated infrastructure and resorts management as well as retirement villages' management. FKP was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on the 7th of December 1993. Its average annual revenue reaches approximately AUD$325 million. Its headquarters is located in Brisbane, Australia and to date; around 930 people are employed in the company.
ALE Property Group (LEP) is a company engaged in property investment and property funds management. ALE Property Group is Australia's largest listed freehold owner of pubs, established in 2003. LEP was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 12 November, 2003. The ALE Property Group consists of Australian Leisure and Entertainment Property Management Limited, Australian Leisure and Entertainment Property Trust and its controlled entities. The Company has a portfolio of more than 100 pubs sold by Fosters Group in 2003.
