Automotive Technology Group (ATJ) is the designer and manufacturer of the Sprintex Supercharger product range and Vee Two motorcycle specialist. The company also designs and manufactures performance parts for all Ducati and certain models of Harley-Davidson and Honda motorcycles. It was listed on the Australian Stock Market on 29 May, 2008. Investors can trade Automotive Technology Group shares on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
Supply Network (SNL) is the listed holding company of a group of related entities dealing in the importation, distribution and sale of components to the road transport industry. Each of these subsidiaries operates as an independent company with its own management team and its own market focus. The company was listed on Australian stock market (ASX) on 10 September, 1987.
Orbital Corporation (OEC) is an international developer of engine and related technologies. OEC provides research, design, development and testing services to powertrain producers, regulatory authorities and research institutions worldwide. OEC licenses direct injection, lean burn combustion and control systems technology to automotive and marine manufacturers.
ION is involved in the manufacture of automotive parts and distributor of liquid fuels. It was listed on the ASX on 5 December, 1985. In 2001 the company changed it's name to ION from Iron Carbide Australia Limited.
DataDot Technology (DDT) develops asset-based identification technologies. DDT has developed a microdot application, which allows various types of assets, mainly motor vehicles, motorbikes and boats, to be uniquely marked and identified. The technology is gaining acceptance in a growing number of countries and customers are increasing, particularly in the vehicle industry. DDT has developed a new generation identifier with the CSIRO, called DataTraceDNA, which is well suited to a range of bulk materials. DDT was listed on the ASX on 12 January 2005.
Berklee (BER) manufactures exhaust components and uses its expertise in tube bending and manipulation to manufacture parts for a number of external, non-exhaust customers. It distributes its products throughout Australia, and on a global basis, its greatest demand comes from the Asian and Middle Eastern markets. BER started in 1963 as a family business and is now one of the leading manufactures of exhaust components and systems in Australia. The company was listed on the ASX on 16 March 1989. Its head office is situated in Wendouree, Victoria.
Schaffer Corporation (SFC) is a diversified industrial company. Its principal operations involve manufacturing of automotive leather, paving, concrete and limestone products and property leasing. SFC listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 1st January, 1974. The Company is based in Perth, Western Australia and it operates through three divisions: leather, building materials and property investments. The leather segment is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of leather to the automotive industry. The building materials division is comprised of Delta Corporation Limited, Urbanstone Pty.
Pacifica Group (PBB) is a specialist manufacturer and distributor of brake systems and technologies. The Company also focuses on the manufacturing and sale of friction materials for use in automotive applications. PBB floated on the Australian Stock Exchange on 2nd November, 1989. It’s head office is based in Melbourne, Australia. To date, Pacifica has circa 2,000 staff employed across 5 countries almost entirely through PBR, its automotive subsidiary.
Fleetwood Corporation (FWD) specialises in the manufacture and marketing of caravans, vehicle parts and accessories. The Company is also focused on the design, manufacture, distribution and rental of manufactured accommodation. Fleetwood was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 15th of April, 1987. Fleetwood focuses its development activities through two divisions: recreational vehicles and manufactured accommodation. FWD holds a strong position in each of its divisions. Its principal operations and activities are mainly held in Australia and New Zealand.
Advanced Engine Components (ACE) is a company engaged in the research, development and commercialization of electronic fuel injection and engine control systems. The Company has working agreements with three of China’s manufacturers of heavy duty engines for buses and trucks. Advanced Engine Components was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on Feburary 21, 2000. The Company’s corporate and research headquarters are located in Perth, Western Australia. Recently the Company has hired a General Manager and staff for its newly-founded office and assembly facility in Beijing, China.
