Alloy Resources (AYR) is a mining and exploration company engaged in exploration of gold in the top end of the Yandal Greenstone Belt in Western Australia. It is also working to get a mineral exploration project granted in the Lao PDR (Laos), that has excellent potential for hosting a world class copper-gold deposit. The company's principal projects are the Comet-Webb's Patch and the Horse Well project. AYR was listed on the ASX on April 6, 2006. Its tenement holdings are situated mainly in Western Australia.
