Andean Resources (AND) is a junior exploration company primarily searching for gold. The company operates in Australia and Argentina. Andean Resources was listed on the ASX on18 December, 1995. Canadian company, Goldcorp is seeking a takeover, offering $C3.6 billion for Andean Resources, or $C3.50 per share.
