Macquarie Media Group (MMG) is a leading media investment company, with operations in two continents. The Company invests in a global portfolio of media assets. MMG is comprised of three entities Macquarie Media Trust (MMT), Macquarie Media Holdings Ltd (MMHL) and Macquarie Media International Ltd (MMIL). MMG operates a portfolio of radio stations in 44 licence areas within six states in regional Australia with the help of Macquarie Regional Radioworks (MRR). It listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 17th of November, 2005. MMG focuses its development through three business segments.

Fairfax Media (FXJ), formerly known as the John Fairfax Holdings Ltd is the biggest and leading newspaper publishing group of Australia that focuses in information, entertainment and news publishing along with advertising sales in both print and electronic media was the best performer of the 37th week in ASX100 with a gain of 12.6 percent or 19 cents closing the week at $1.65.
Aristocrat Leisure (ALL), a gaming company which is engaged in developing gaming machines, software systems and related equipment with focus in Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe was the worst performer in the ASX100 index for the week losing 5.2 percent or 26 cents in its stock price and was closed for the week at $4.67.
