FlexiGroup (FXL) is a leading vendor finance company with operations in Australasia and Ireland. The Company provides retail point-of-sale lease and rental finance solutions for IT equipment, including desktop and laptop computers, computer peripherals, and software. FXL listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 12 December, 2006. Its principal business operations and activities include the provision of lease and rental financing solutions for office, personal technology, and related equipment as well as providing personal and business loans.
