BBX Holdings is the operator of the BBX Exchange, a facility enabling members to buy and sell goods and services without using cash. BBX currently services about 4500 member businesses in Australia and New Zealand. BBX was founded in 1993 and listed on the ASX on 12 August, 2005. BBX facilitates the cashless trading of goods and services using 'downtime' and 'excess inventory' as a secondary currency, adding a real-time tangible value to these two often undervalued commodities in every business.
