Bell Financial Group (BFG) is an Australia-based and -owned provider of broking, investment and financial advisory services to private, institutional and corporate clients. Its services include brokerage, corporate fee income and portfolio administration services, and margin lending. In FY08, BFG launched the Bell Direct online broking service, which provides an online trading service to the retail market. BFG’s two major subsidiaries are Bell Potter Capital and Bell Potter Securities. It was listed on the asx in 12 December, 2007.

Bell Financial Profit Falls


Mid-size Australian stockbroker and financial adviser, Bell Financial Group (ASX:BFG) have released unaudited full year results which reveals that the company will post a 21 percent fall in profit. Bell Financial said that their unaudited full year net profit after tax for the year to December 31 was around $21.5 million, compared to their 2009 net profit results of $27.3 million.
