Convergent Minerals Limited (CVG) is an explorer, acquirer and exploiter of gold and uranium resources in Australia. CVG is a single project company which has a key project knwon as the Steam Engine Project in the Woolgar Goldfield in Queensland. CVG was listed on the ASX on 22 December 2006.
There will be no floats and ex-dividends tomorrow, November 30, 2011. However, an Extraordinary General Meeting and many Annual General Meetings are scheduled on the same day.
