Computronics Holdings (CPS) consists of three business divisions: Farmscan (Agriculture), Computronics EDS (Electronic Display Systems) and Components. Farmscan provides a range of agricultural electronics. Computronics EDS manufactures LED electronic display systems for a variety of industries. The Components Division imports, stocks and sells electronic components used by the other two divisions as well as distributing electronic components to manufacturers Australia-wide. The company was established in 1976 and has expanded its operations throughout Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
The ASX announced that the following companies "will be suspended from Official Quotation from the commencement of trading today, 1 October, following failure to lodge their Full Year Account for the period ended 30 June 2012 in accordance with listing rules." Gold Anomaly was suspended, "following failure to lodge an Auditor's Opinion for the period ended 30 June 2012 in accordance with listing rules."
