CVC Trinity Property Fund (CJT), formerly Taragon Property Fund is managed by Verus Capital Limited, and is predominantly involved in the ownership, development and re-sale of land in Perth. The Taragon Asia Pacific Umbrella has evolved into a fully integrated property investment, management, development and construction business. CVC was listed on the ASX in February 1986. Its head office is situated in North Sydney, NSW. The company was renamed to its current name in January 2007.

CVC's Debt Woes Extend to I-Med


Beleaguered investment group CVC Property Fund's (ASX:CJT) debt woes spread to diagnostic imaging company I-Med which owes $890 million, according to Fairfax Media.

CVC has previously faced debt problems with its purchase of travel company Stella Group and Nine Entertainment, and is proposing damage control in the form of a restructure proposal to senior lenders. Majority of bank debt is expected to be converted into equity with the restructure.
