Core business activities lie in land acquisition, design, construction and sales of medium- to high-density residential apartments in the Perth Metropolitan area. Current projects include Soho Lifestyle Apartments, Altair Apartments and One28. It holds rental property, through the Finbar Property Trust, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
