Giralia Resources (GIR) is an exploration company primarily searching for precious and/or base metals, with tenements mainly in Australia, USA and South America. GIR’s key projects are located in the Ashburton and Pilbara regions and Gascoyne Province of Western Australia, in the Yerrington District of Nevada (USA) and at Blue Rose in South Australia. The company was listed on the ASX on 30 July 1987. It decided in March, 2006 to spin-off its uranium exploration operations into separate company through an initial public offer for shares in U308 Limited.
