Projects under development include Mount Kiara, Segambut Development and Setapak Commercial & Residential Development.
During 2008, the Company’s completed projects include Plaza Menjalara and PrimaSetapak Phase 5. As of December 31, 2008, United Overseas Australia Limited had a equity holding of 45% in UOA real estate investment trust (REIT).
