Norwest Energy (NWE) is a producer and an explorer of oil and gas, with projects in Australia, the UK and the USA. The company focuses on exploration in areas where there have been proven discoveries and production. NWE listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) on 19 September 1997.
All the company's exploration interest are in highly prospective basins that have proven oil and gas. The company also has infrastructure allowing production to be exported to established markets in Western Australia or South East Asia.
There will be no floats and ex-dividends tomorrow, November 30, 2011. However, an Extraordinary General Meeting and many Annual General Meetings are scheduled on the same day.
