Overland Resources (OVR) is basically mining and exploring company. The key asset is the advanced Andrew Base Metal Project (OVR 90%) located in the Yukon, Canada. This project is contained within one of four exploration tenements that cover a total 60sqkm. Nearby Pb-Zn prospects are Scott, Atlas and Myschka. There are also the Riwaka Ni-Cu-PGE project in New Zealand and the Peel Ni-Cu project in NSW. Drilling at the Andrew Base Metal Project intersected high Zn grades in 2Q07 and again in 3Q07. One hole intersected 14.5m at 34.4% Zn, plus by-products.
No upcoming ex-dividends are scheduled in the sharemarket world on Wednesday, November 23, 2011. On the other hand, there will be an Extraordinary General Meeting, two floats and several Annual General Meetings scheduled on the said day.
