Prime Financial Group (PFG) concentrates on identifying investment opportunities and undertakes strategic investment in the financial services and superannuation sectors. Its investment activities are undertaken by Armytage Private Limited.

AVU was renamed to its current name from Australian Value Funds Management (AVF) on 25 November 2005. It was first listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) on 7 December 2004. In January 2007, the company changed its name to Prime Financial Group Limited (PFG).
