Prosperity Resources (PSP) is a gold exploration company. Its primary exploration area is in the Yalgoo greenstone belt of Murchison province in Western Australia. PSP also has an interest in Paynes Find and Mt Gibson. Exploration companies aim to discover and delineate occurrences of metals and minerals that can be economically mined and extracted.
The company listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) 24 November, 2003. The company concentrates in the Murchison Province, which has produced over 8 million ounces of gold. PSP holds over 400km2 of exploration tenure around Yalgoo.
One Annual General Meeting and five Extraordinary General Meetings are set to happen on January 18, 2012, Wednesday. Meanwhile, no floats and ex-dividends are scheduled.
Annual General Meeting
