Stokes Australasia (SKS) has been suspended from trading since 30 September 2004. SKS consists of Stokes Synertec, Stokes Appliance Parts and Stokes Badges and Stokes (New Zealand) Limited. Stokes Synertec designs, manufactures and distributes electrical heating products and accessories. Stokes Appliance Parts is involved in the distribution of home appliance spare parts. Stokes Badges is an industry leader in the manufacture and supply of quality badges, medallions, trophies and accessories.
Sharemarket Tuesday will be filled up with many Annual General Meetings as there are no floats and ex-dividends scheduled on November 29, 2011.
Annual General Meeting
Research the list of dividend records for Stokes (Australasia). Dividends are payments made by a corporation to its shareholder members. It is the portion of corporate profits paid out to stockholders. If Stokes (Australasia) Limited has declared a dividend, you may be eligible to receive SKS dividends if the investor the company's shares on the ex-dividend date. To be entitled to the dividend, investors must purchase the stock before the ex dividend date. If you buy the stocks on or after the ex dividend date, the previous owner of the shares will receive the dividend.
