Ozgrowth (OZG) is an investment company with a focus investing in a range of securities, including unlisted and listed companies. It was listed on the Australian Stock Market (ASX) on 2 January, 2008.
For the past ten years Euroz Securities Limited ("Euroz") has had its back office operations contracted to Australian Clearing Services ("ACS"). However, the recent decision by ACS to close has prompted us to move our clearing and settlement facility to Penson Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd ("Penson").
Two companies are scheduled for an ex-dividend on Wednesday while three companies are scheduled for an Extraordinary General Meeting. No floats and Annual General Meetings are scheduled in the sharemarket list of events on January 25, 2012.

Three ex-dividend, two Extraordinary General Meetings and a lot of Annual General Meetings are scheduled tomorrow, Tuesday, November 22, 2011. There will be no upcoming floats on the same day.
Ex-Dividends
There's only one EGM and AGM for tomorrow, but there's plenty to look forward to for the rest of the week. One company is scheduled to float and there are three stocks that will go on ex-dividend.
Upcoming Dividends
Ozgrowth and Westoz Investment Company's stocks will go on ex-divided in August 3, 2011 then the following day, it will be Singapore Telecommunications Limited's turn.

In order to receive the dividend payout, investors must purchase the shares before the ex dividend date. The previous owner of the shares will receive the dividend if you buy the stocks on or after the ex dividend date. The Pay Date or the Date Payable is the day when the dividend is paid to shareholders.
