The company is listed on the Australian stock market (ASX) and also on several European Bourse, including Frankfurt. Exploration companies aim to discover and delineate occurrences of metals and minerals that can be economically mined and extracted. The company listed on Australian Stock Exchange on 18 February, 1971. TNG was renamed to its current name in June 2007.
