Luiri Gold (LGM) was incorporated as Stirling Exploration Limited on 3 February 2004 in the Province of British Columbia under the British Columbia Business Corporations Act. On 23 June 2006, the Company’s name was changed to Luiri Gold Limited, and its common shares commenced trading on the TSX Venture (“TSX-V”) Exchange under the trading symbol ‘LGL’. The Company maintains offices in Lusaka, Zambia and Perth, Western Australia. The company was listed on Australian stock market on 19 November, 2009. Investors can trade Luiri Gold shares on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
