Coventry Resources (CVY), formerly known as Mobilesoft Limited (MSO) is a gold exploration and mining company based in Western Australia. CVY has rights to a highly prospective gold project located in Ontario, Canada (Ardeen Gold Project). The company was listed on the Australian stock market in May 2000 as Positive Technologies. Positive acquired Mobilesoft in July 2002 and changed its name to Mobilesoft Limited. In October 2009, Mobilesoft acquired Coventry Resources and changed its name to the current name.
There would be no floats in the sharemarket list of events on Monday, November 21,
2011, but there will be five upcoming ex-
dividends and a couple of Annual General Meetings scheduled on the
same day.
Ex-Dividends
Study the dividend records for Coventry Resources. Dividends are a portion of company profits paid out to shareholders. If Coventry Resources Limited has announced a dividend, you may be eligible to receive CVY dividends if you own the company's stock on the ex-dividend date. Investors must have purchased the stock before the ex dividend date to be entitled to the dividend. The previous owner of the shares will receive the dividend if you buy the stocks on or after the ex dividend date. The Pay Date or the Date Payable is the day when the dividend is paid to shareholders.
