Forge Resources (FRG); Fronteer Gold, formerly Fronteer Development Group Inc is principally engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties or interests. The Company's principal exploration properties are located in Nevada, Biga region of northwestern Turkey, and it holds additional properties in California.
It also has exposure to uranium projects in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, including the Michelin uranium deposit, the Jacques Lake deposit and four other deposits, known as the Gear, Nash, Inda and Rainbow deposits.

Forge Resources' (ASX:MYR) shares dived after its deal with Lynas got axed. The rare earths explorer terminated its deal to sub-lease potential phosphate, tantalum, and nobium areas at its Mount Weld project to Forge.
Stocks dropped by 48.8 percent to close at 48 cents. Lynas on the other hand, gained 5.6 percent to close at $2.25.
