Brisbane-based coal explorer Bandanna Energy (BND) is seeking for partnerships to help in funding the development of its mines in Queensland's Bowen Basin. Bandanna is currently pursuing discussions with a number of third parties interested for partnerships.

After dropping in the recent days, QRxPharma (QRX) shares bounces back up by 10 per cent after it announced its partnership agreement with Actavis Group in launching its acute pain drug MoxDuo. With the final detail of the agreement still to be written and the US Food and Drug Association approval still on hold, QRxPharma has already received a non-refundable $6 million downpayment from Actavis.

Australian rare earths developer, Lynas Corporation (ASX:LYC) has signed a partnership supply deal with Japan's Sojitz Corporation (2768:JP). The agreement will speed up Lynas Corporation double capacity and offer a secure supply for Japan after China cut exports of the metal.
