Qantas (ASX:QAN) is serving frozen food instead of ''fresh'' produce that it promotes. Only salads are freshly prepared by Q-catering for business class passengers. The rest of the meals such as scrambled eggs, toast, and steaks are brought in frozen. The food comes from Snapfresh, also a Qantas owned company, and kept in storage for months.
