Rico Resources Limited is a mineral exploration company focused on iron ore projects within the Pilbara and nearby Ashburton mineral field of Western Australia. The company has an inferred mineral resource of 78.3 million tonnes of iron ore at its strategically located Wonmunna project in the world class iron ore rich Pilbara region. The resource is located within close proximity to operating iron ore mines such as West Angelas (RioTinto) Area C (BHPB) Hope Downs (RioTinto/Hancock JV) and Mt Whaleback (BHPB).
The ASX announced that the following companies "will be suspended from Official Quotation from the commencement of trading today, 1 October, following failure to lodge their Full Year Account for the period ended 30 June 2012 in accordance with listing rules." Gold Anomaly was suspended, "following failure to lodge an Auditor's Opinion for the period ended 30 June 2012 in accordance with listing rules."
There are no stocks that will go on ex-dividend, and no upcoming floats in the ASX. However, five companies are going to have an EGM in their respective board rooms on July 22, 2011.
